The 2025 Thunder Creek retail volume rebate program begins January 1, 2025 and goes through December 31, 2025. The program provides dealers with a larger benefit when units roll off their lot and into the field. Payouts are dependent on how much inventory is sold and registered. All units qualify for a spiff payment.

Cumulative Retailed Dollars: All qualified units retailed and registered between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 will be counted towards your total retailed dollar volume. The cumulative dollar amount will be the sum of LDJ invoice price less taxes and freight. Parts will not contribute to the retail total.

Registration: All retailed units must be registered within 30 days from the sale date via Thunder Creek SalesHub to be counted toward the cumulative retailed dollars or to receive the spiff payment. To register, please visit sales. thundercreek.com/spiff-claim.

Spiff: All registered units retailed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 will be eligible to receive a spiff payment based on the unit type. Please see above chart for spiff payment amount. All retailed units must claim spiff within 30 days from the sales date to receive the spiff payment. The spiff will follow the retail and be awarded to the dealer that sells the unit to the end customer and registers the product. Spiff cannot be claimed by a dealer selling units to another dealer. Units that a dealer adds to their own fleet are ineligible for spiff payment.

Terms: All qualifying orders receive a 20% discount and your choice of a 2% cash discount with Net 30 terms or 9 month floor planing. Please note floor plan availability is subject to financing company approval.

Volume Rebate: Volume rebates are calculated and paid quarterly. If a dealer achieves a higher qualifying level, they will get a bonus volume rebate payment for previous quarters determined by the new level. This bonus is calculated using the cumulative retail sales from the prior quarter, equal to the difference between the initial rebate percentage and the higher rebate percentage. Dealer account must be current with LDJ Manufacturing to be eligible for volume rebate payout.
